Doing the hallway atm, but my mate Bryan ( remember the sill on the wrong way Bryan?) is a pretty good mechanic, is at a loose end and wants to have a go at it. I have agreed, seeing as I need it moved to MOT the LT.

make sure you video him...

Joking aside get him on the case... :ok

I have had zero issues with mine must be 6 years now ,maybe a sticky caliper once...

Phoned him today dude. Says he will pop over this weekend and have decko. He thinks the pump is probably in need of replacement, but thinks it's probably the water leak causing the issue as someone above said. He seems to know these T25 engines better than I do! :?:

I am still baffled by the pop top on my van. I at first thought it was a autohomes, but looking at the roof and the way the front and back bits hinge outwards, I now don't know. I have looked everywhere on t'internet for similar and did find one for sale, but it never said what the conversion was! :(

Anyone have any ideas or pointers?
