Hello,
Thank you OBG for the advice..
Will be acted upon..
My 1971 VW 411 LE Variant had a lovely exhaust pipe for the Eberspacher, next to the silencer..
Well, I've run out of February..
Cordialement,
Underslung Eberspacher..

Re: Underslung Eberspacher..
Hello,
Well, here we are at the end of May....
As seems to happen with these projects.. things complicate while awaiting parts from China..
First of all the Step up unit never arrived, and I had to push to get a refund within the Paypal time limit..
watch out for that one..
Any way, I ordered another.. same output, but with a big heat sink, tune-able on the output , and no need for a 'jumper'.
So, I decided to re wire all the leisure side of the van, rebuild the water and gas systems
With sunny weather in March....no snow
But great for DIY..
Using bits from old computers, I made up a cage and cooling fan for the step up unit..
Here is the box being 'wired up'..
Rainy weather allowed me to test the drain off of rainwater, with my 'sail' lowered..
In fact I left it like this for 2 weeks while I went on a German holiday (by coach)..
I also tidied up the woodwork on the fitments inside the cupboards..
This is the toilet holder receiving lifting handles..for ease of use..
I will take some more shots soon, but for now I am installing the electric fences for my 'bio lawnmowers'
