The Ali box section tube and connectors are brilliant.
Used them on our rebuild earlier this year before we went to Sweden and Norway in order to save weight. We are 1.6TD :D
You can make virtually what ever design you want. Jed did you bond in your connectors?
Also built a 2 ring burner into a Zarges Ali box and cut out the side and fixed some hinges so we can use the space underneath the burner for storage. We can cook in the van or outside really easy now. Plus it keeps all the cooking pots/pans etc in one box.

Nice work David :ok

I didn't bond the inserts in as the fit was super tight once whacked in with a rubber mallet. I got some of the box section with the lip on too for the cupboard doors to close against and for the side panels to sit up to. I am so happy with this stuff and how easy it is to use that I decided to do the whole interior with it. It being a square box too makes things even easier.

The super light weight composite panels for the habitation box rocked up yesterday. This week they will be stuck together so the truck can be mated with it's burden.

Things should start really happening now :D

Hit a slight hold up with a blown engine on the fork lift but things are moving forward again with the sticking..

I managed to get the side door painted and the single cab high roof I made a while back, just to get used to the paint application and colour.

Oh, and I finally found a radiator in Germany.

Dare I say things are starting to move on a bit now!
