Nsf diff drive flange

Afternoon all,where would I find the above? ( mines a bit wobbly )

if it's not leaking don't worry it's always a little wobbly
offside on front same applies

Thanks Aidan,I'm trying to trace a noise from the nsf area,should the drive shaft move in and out of the outer cv joint?

The origin of the noise won't be where you perceive it to be.

It never is on a syncro! The drivetrain transmits noise in very strange ways.

If it sounds like a front wheel bearing, its probably a rear wheel bearing on the way out, on the opposite side.

silverbullet I agree,the badly worn nsr cv noise seemed to be coming from the nsf
until I drove up a really steep hill,then I could tell it was the nsr!
Each time I fix a noise a new slightly quieter one becomes apparent !

If its wobbly new flange will not fix it, there is a spring washer under circlip that will not allow the flange to move - most likely your differential is shot just like on this video:
