A choice, A/T KUMHO or M/T BFG which works best on snowy roads?

Chains!!!! it aint that bad in kidderminster but sunday could see 200mm of the white stuff. Ive got the old BFG M/T's on so will see how it goes. Neither tyre has the snowflake on them, so no guidance there.

Only ever driven the syncro in snow on worn Grabber AT2's and I couldnt make it come unstuck, even on hard compacted snow covered roads.

Had BFG AT's on mine, worked well in the snow I had to deal with on my drive home form Sweden.
Changed onto General Grabbers now and they worked well in Norway at Easter.
Both hve the snowflake mountain symbol.

well I took the syncro out sunday in some really thick snow (8-10inches)on the M/Ts and took it up Clent hills (locals would know this road Adams Hill) only me and a handful of landies and RRovers I had no problems just used G and feet off everything for the descent. The landies were slipping and slidding when descending. Great fun to see the look on peoples faces as a campervan cruised up and down when the £65k RRovers were stuck and sliding all over the place!! :rofl

I know before when asking the same question after looking at the old BFGs that the MTs didnt have the snowflake whereas the Ats did although didnt notice much of a difference to be honest both behaved well
