We've done Mexican and Chilli themed evenings in the past
I've asked the q here and now so we don't leave it till the last minute and then Max has to decide and then panic

Hey a sheer drop or a dirty ditch but not the food theme for Overland : ) but thanx

We are planning well in advance but I think Italian sounds great! 'buona mangia' :ok

After a day trip last year we'll be up for camping in 2015. Hopefully meet some of you beforehand.

Excellent! I'm trying to get a bit of enthusiasm going with the T4 Syncros, it's not quite as established as you chaps with the T3's, maybe the Overland Show could be a rallying point?

We've got this in the diary. Couldn't make it last year so an absolute must for this year.

Hiya,

Been speaking with Jenny, Treasurer of Club 80-90 Syncronauts - the Club Display Stand for the Adventure Overland Show 2015 has been confirmed!

This year I have allocated a massive pitch for you directly alongside Campervan Culture as per usual. I know from the feedback that you enjoyed the event last year, and I have to say we enjoyed having you ... and that was without even making it down to your party! Will have to this year.

The big news is that I have completely revamped the showground layout this year, so with a blank canvas the first thing I did was to position Club 80-90 Syncronauts bang in the centre on the main walkway between the east and west sides of the show. See for yourself:-

Image

Not only has your pitch increased greatly, there will be more of everything this year. More expedition trucks, more variety of 4x4 vehicles (i.e. LandCruiser Club, Jeep Club, etc.) the Seminar Sessions room had been tripled in size (it was not only standing room only last year, they were also 3 deep in the exits!) more foreign traders (Holland, Germany, Switzerland), Severn Cider back running the popular beer tent with two good bands Friday and Saturday nights. Add all this together, you have the makings of an even better event than last year.

Prices remain the same - £25 per camping pitch for up to 3-nights Fri-Sun + 2-day admission per person @ £24 Sat & Sun. Kids 16 and under are free.

Thus ...

1 person, 1 camper/roof tent/ground tent = £49
2 persons, 1 camper/roof tent/ground tent = £73
3 persons, 1 camper/roof tent/ground tent = £97
etc.

Camping via the event website: http://www.adventureoverlandshow.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Good to have you back! :ok

Looking good. I need to drop off my son for his first year at uni around this time, just hope the weekends don't clash.

Looking forward to this.
If we wanted to bring a second van which isnt a camper, do we have to pay a full price for the vehicle? 2 people, one camper plus one pick up.

Nope, just pay for 'one camping unit' + day admission for 2 people.
