Might have to bite the bullet, but the real ones are so expensive. Theyre just wing mirrors, not magic mirrors!

Re: Fitting LT mirrors to T3 Syncro?
Mine are LT (I think), with the proper bottom mounts (no need to elongate the holes). I pushed the pin out and cut the bottom end of the arm down so the lower bend in the bar is pretty close to the sleeve that it slides into. The angle is OK now (the bar's pretty vertical) and I reckon they look fine. The only problem with mine is that one of them folds in at about 75mph, or with a gust of wind! I've tightened the nut to put more pressure but I think the bit with the grooves in has worn so badly that it doesn't stay properly located anymore
In my view the LT ones and the T3 ones work equally well, but as the LT ones are pretty hard to get hold of now I'd probably just buy the proper ones from BW if I was getting some now!

Re: Fitting LT mirrors to T3 Syncro?
I truly doubt that 75 mph is possible in my van. Even downhill, on ice with a truck pushing it.
However, we have experienced a lot of wind.
