That's no springs or dampers!
That's as low as it can be without mods.
Surprising how much give there is in the rubber Bumpstead though.
It came with a Gowesty lift kit on, part of the deal I didn't want so they went back to whence they came.

Yep, nice colour.
We've painted a few bits with Paint from autopaint and it "okay" but there is some origin paint that's been under mats for 30 odd years and it's in really good condition and it's a really nice colour so I think I'll spend some right money on some Standox or PPG paint rather than the Mipa from Autopaint.

Not proud of this but needs must.
I've chopped up a new return hose and added a section of rubber so I have a nice flow back to the sump.
I'll send this off at some point and get it done properly.
I've used hose that is suitable for hot oil so it will work, just ugly.
For the hydraulics place to make a custom come they will want a sample, here it is!

Bit more today.
There was talk of it going for paint on Monday just gone but our tame recovery driver has been ill, so, it's kicked my posterior to try and make the inlet track filler dust proof.

They said it couldn't be done but here is a charge cooler that will fit under the air box.

Please don't ask me to do it again, it's been a lot of buggering about!

You just have to make more of them, looks a really good option for keeping everything stock.

Whats the formed silicone hose that goes up next to the air intake? Filler for the charge cooler?

Very neat and compact :ok The exhaust manifold will need wrapping up with that alongside, unless you want it to be an interwarmer!

Found my T3 chastity belt festering in a box the other day, I actually bought it about 12 years ago I reckon, may e longer? I was working at Nissan I remember that but I worked there twice, once before a winter season and once after.. Anyway, I've had it a long time!
:-D
So, made sense to make use of it before my syncro goes for paint..

Not my intention at all!
No glass though, no seats, battery, fat driver, carpets or anything, new springs and 30mm rear spacers.
205r16s look lost in the arches, don't want to go any bigger though.
