oil temp gauge

Hi, i have a 1990 t25, 2.1i engine....i want to put a oil temp gauge on my dash....is the only oil sender unit available a sump unit type...can anyone help with this.. :ok

You can also use the oil strain relief valve. I think Heritage sell them.

Is there any oil flow this side of the plunger ?

Your going to just see the temp of the casing if you fit it there

I think bigbadbob76 used a sandwich plate on the oil filter
