That doesn't look like an MC2000

Is your van an AutoSleeper, if not what conversion is it ?

yep i know its not a MC2000, the panel in the pic is what i have fitted now, i am after the wiring diagram for it, i have searched quite a few places and come up with zero, only those for the MC2000 panel.

My van is an Autosleeper 1985 model. Pic attached plus inside

I don't understand why i can't find anything on this panel what so ever, surely there should be some documentation on it apart from what to does..???

I've been looking around:

So, you probably know it's a Lab-Craft, and it was original equipment in the early AutoSleeper conversion. Later on they moved to the CP4 model, which was badged as an AutoSleeper unit, before finalising with the MC2000.

I have not been able to find out any more, beyond what is contained in the http://www.autosleeper.vwt25camper.info/index.html, but there is a user manual for the early models which at least tells you what each fuse is for.

I would use the relevant parts of the MC2000 stuff you have already found as a guide to what the wiring actually is

Do you have a specific problem ?

Yeah no worries, thanks for your help. Well the only reason i ask is that i have got and purchased a newer version fo the panel, the CP4 one, one that is labelled an autosleeper so would be next one on from the one i have and i am trying to get my head around the wiring that's all. guess i will have to go back to old skool ways and check each wire and label and transfer across to newer panel.

Thanks again though

All sorted today, and i have now updated the control panel to the DS220C, but not fitted the charger as i have solar panels that charge my leisure batteries so not needed, bit of a head scratcher to be fair and lots of undoing things to trace wires but got there in the end.

Fantastic news, I can believe it's been a head scratcher, but now it's done it was so simple eh

:ok

Maybe you can wander over to this thread and help sort this one out - same Lab-Craft unit ?
