Alternator Help

Post by KarlosFandango »

Hi,
First post. I am struggling to source an alternator for my 1.9DG engine. The one that's on there is a Bosch K1 14V 28/70A. Im assuming not standard as i thought 46, 65 or 90A were standard. I need a replacement with a short pulley, not the elongated ones that are on every website. Im struggling to remove the old pulley so would like the new one just to fit.
Thanks,

where are you ?

nothing in your profile.

do you want early (with plug)?

or late bolt on terminal ?

I have a spare good 45 Amp early DG but don't fancy posting it.

I just had another last go and managed to get the pulley wheel off. It is in two halves, i wasn't expecting that.
