Ignition amplifier

We have a 1984 1.9 early dg and we are looking for a new ignition amplifier is this the correct one for our van. I don't want to buy the wrong one and there seem to be so many :rofl https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/ignition-a ... ed-cu.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Depends on which type you already have?
The one on the left is all in one combined with the heat sink, the right one has a detachable heat sink.
You can fit the combined one in place detachable version. But you can only fit the detachable version if you already have the heat sink.

We have the one on the right, The detachable one. We just bought the one on the left so we can fit that instead :ok

We originally had the heat sink and moduel separate. We bought the combined one and I have taken off the original heat sink. I'm going to have to drill two holes in the van to fit it on as the original heat sink was bigger and dose not match. It came with some heat gel which I assume I put on the back of the heat sink before screwing it down. Let's hope this works and were running again :ok

There be a couple of dimples where to drill the holes
