Ignition coil

Post by sarahandthebear »

Trying to find a replacement ignition coil, we have a 1984 westie 1.9 dg with a green sticker coil. Brickwerks have none in stock but found one on dare I say it, just kampers https://www.justkampers.com/211-905-115 ... -1984.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is this the right one for our van. I can never rely on these guys to sell the correct parts but it's the only one I can find at the moment. Unless there's other places I'm missing.

Should be the one, but first, check which type of spark plug lead terminals you have to the coil.

Yours if still original would be like the one on the left for that type of coil. The latter type has a pin connection on the right. Yours could have been changed over the years.
