Square headlights !!

Hi all my T25 1.6td K reg has square headlights but not the ones you normally see on later models ! They are in a grill that has no place for a VW badge ! They have Hella 001-130362 as a part number on them. Just wondering if anyone knows if a) are they original ? b) can you still get them ? I had a quick look on the net but not much joy! I have one that was an advisory on my MOT and was hoping to get it replaced ! As always thanks in advance for any help/advice
