Alternator Belt

Post by ChrisG89 »

Hey,

The belt snapped on my alternator yesterday and I'm due to go away this weekend, there is a spare one in the van but it doesn't match the size of the one that snapped. The one that snapped said it was 10x910, the spare in the van is 10x875mm. According to Just Kampers you can't get a belt thats 10x910?? I've only just bought the van, so didn't buy either belt. It's a 1.6 TD and I can't tell the amps on the alternator. So what I need to know is will the 10x875mm belt fit???

Thanks,

Chris

910 is listed as being used on an engine with factory power steering, if you go onto brickwerks site they have a good range and describe what they fit.
