Cleaning starter motor stator and brushes

Post by mikeybjettaman »

Hi all,
I created a video showing some work I did on my T25 starter motor and I thought I would share it with you.

Just make sure you blow out all that T-cut. Abrasives can work their way into places you don't want ;)

I ended up replacing the starter in the end. Made more difference than faffing around with t-cut. I think the t-cut helped a bit, but not as much as a new motor.
