Durite make a good dedicated one, but most non-insulated terminal crimpers can be used if the die width is thin enough, the cheap ones are actually good enough, one thing with non-insulated crimpers especially when new is to lubricate the forming dies, I periodically run a soft lead pencil around the dies.

I have a couple of the laser ratchet sets with different dies in from Rapid electronics. Reasonable price and I get very consistent job. I had insulated, non insul and F type, all were good
