Tiafun round inner lamps?

I searched and maybe I missed it, but I can't seem to find any posts related to replacement inner lamps for the Tiafun round lamp grills. Any ideas? Oh, and just in case it's not clear, I'm in the US so maybe I'm simply not looking in the right place in Europe for the lamps. We never had anything like that over here.
