hi all can someone tell me what ampage relay i need for hot/hard start relay please

Make sure that you buy two. From my recent experience I can say that have a limited life and can cause starting problems, so you need a spare.

Lots of cheap far east products out there, simply not very good quality. Tyco/Ripaults/Durite look for quality ... personally I would mount the relay in a waterproof box and solder all terminals to ensure long term reliability.

I've had 2 Halfords relays fail after about 3 years each which isn't bad, but a pain in the ar$e if there isn't a spare to hand!
