My Oil pressure light not working at all.
I feel a bit uneasy driving long distance or any distance without some oil warning device.
I have a 1984, so 1 switch and 1 wire. Naturally, gonna check that connection if the wire is still connected.
Though is their any other positions along the wire, which often an achilles heel on these?

Re: oil pressure light not lighting at all
if the wire is broken or fallen off or corroded it will never light
the reason you check for a light before each start
rubbish design really but switch is only closed with no oil pressure
so light off normally open when driving and pressure ok
