Looking for Auto Electrician in Herts

We've decided to do a European trip over the summer next year and I want to make some fixes and improvements to my van before we go, on my hit list are:

Split charge - I had a subaru engine upgrade a couple of years ago and it hasn't worked since
Fridge - I want to replace the fridge with another three way. Not sure what my options are here so fridge recommendations welcome
Solar power - Add around 100w of solar power
Rear USB Chargers - as we'll be doing around 3k miles I'd like to be able to charge iPads and gadgets via the leisure battery on the move
Replace minging 80's lamps with some swanky LED jobbies

Any recommendations for auto electricians / companies to tackle the above - I'm in Hertfordshire but happy to travel a couple of hours for the right job
Also recommendations for fridge replacement, my google foo is weak and I'm struggling to find anything
