That doesn't suprise me  I take it your van isn't gold plated
Just spent an hour putting a new ignition switch on after almost being stranded on New Years eve
Looking for a stainless exhaust system now :|
Will it never end? Probably not

The Jamboree van now has a Subaru Ej20 engine fitted and what a transformation it's made. So much more "drivable" hills are doddle, motorways are more fun . It's made going away for weekends more enjoyable.
We've been to France, Belgium and Holland this year. Next year North Holland towing the new bike then using the bike to explore , happy times :ok

It's back on petrol which has freed up some space inside the van as we no longer have a cabinet with an log tank .
I've been checking mpg and I'm getting between 26 and 28 mpg. Mainly on smaller roads and quite hilly around North Yorkshire moors and Yorkshire dales.
With those figures I'm well chuffed.

The Subaru engine is still performing well. Still pulls like a good un. Had to re make some parts of the exhaust but other than that I'm well chuffed.

Looks like some bodywork will be required next year. Not much but be best to keep on top of it. Got some seam rash developing and rot around the rear side windows.
I'm thinking about getting rid of these windows completely but not sure on the best way to do it. Brikwerks do full side panels but only for the left hand drive model , hmmmmmmm
