Our late '85 T25 is a bit of a mish mash of parts and there's still a bit of confusion of whether it's a DIY panel conversion or a holdsworth conversion. Yesterday, there was a bit of an accident with the near side sliding window and one of the panes smashed.
Would anyone be able to help identify what type of sliding window this is? and also would you recommend just getting a company to cut a new pane or replacing the whole window?

Re: Help to identify sliding window
Welcome
You need toughened glass as a replacement, take a look at this thread

Unless Holdsworth or another converter do replacements (and check the size with them) I suggest you find a local company who can also deal with fixing any fittings eg handles in place. This might entail removal of the window

Re: Help to identify sliding window
its a panelvan conversion, so not any standard size, as has been said, get a boatbuilder or glass place to make a new one to fit

Re: Help to identify sliding window
Thanks both. I'll look up a local auto glass company and see if they can fix it.

You can try, but auto glass companies tend to deal with ready made windscreens, rather than custom stuff

I've done some digging today into the mystery of the van. VIN number suggests it's a late 85 vanagon camper?
