Bodyshop recommendation needed

Post by Wasted_failure »

Ok!
It’s time.
After 33 years the pop top westy needs fresh paint (and metal)
Could anyone on this forum recommend a wizard that will do a job that has even the slightest chance of lasting another 30 years.

It’s a lot of money to spend and I would like to give the business to a shop that is interested in the quality of their work not just short term profit.

Your experience and recommendation would be a great help

Thanks in advance
The wasted failure

You might get a better response if you say where you are located...... and how far you are prepared to transport the van to get the job you want.

I live in Cambridgeshire but distance is much less important to me than getting a good job done.

I’m currently considering a specialist in Devon (not a short distance from my home)

OK, I have one for you, well known to me, I have never used them but see a lot of their work - they have high standards

Falcon Engineering & Performance, Middlesbrough, 01642 460497

No website, but they have a FB page, which you'll need to find for yourself

Their usual work is on BMW, Ferrari, Porsche, Aston, Merc etc

Give them a call and ask for Dane. I have just spoken to him so he knows where the recommendation is from and is happy to look at quoting for a T25. He will probably ask you to send some pictures through to help describe the work that need doing.
