Pen / pencil sander?

I'm looking for a small electric vibrating sander with replaceable pads and suggestions?
Like a detail sander but much smaller for treating rust spots.
I usually use a dremel cutting disc to remove the rust but you need something to smooth the edges before painting.

Because it just doesn't get in flat in many places. the body of the dremel is in the way.

I was looking for something last year. I bought a finger sander but you have to go gently with it as it can be a bit heavy duty. A really small mouse sander would be handy.

That looks like it’d do the job - if you have a compressor there’s these types but maybe still too thick:

Why grind away good metal to get into the rust pits.

The Lidl/Aldi ones are as good as any, the more shaped nozzles you get the better for intricate areas.

Did it collect the grit effectively and is it reusable? I'm more concerned about controlling mess but reusable stuff would be a bonus

As Bigherb has said the Aldi/Lidl ones are ok, but less effective if you keep the collecting nozzle in contact with the panel, re reusing the grit, once it has been used it breaks up and become finer and less effective, whenever I blast the seams on mine ( every 7 years or so ) I just except I and the van will get very messy and try to prepare and get it over with in one hit, then spend ages cleaning up. Crime scene suits help to a limited amount, just except that you will get filthy and wear a good mask and goggles
