1983 westfalia high top to pop top
Hi all,
I’m looking at the option of changing my high top to pop top. Would this be a straight forward job to carry out or is it more involved?
I like the high top for ease of use but strong wind does effect driving whilst on motorways.
Please could anyone with any knowledge of this job or which you prefer for different for or against.
Thanks
Andrew

Thanks for reply, do you have more photos of the roof please. Does it have the front section that is separate from the pop top

Is there anything you could do on the price as new canvas and would need haulage up to Bolton plus respect. There’s a few others I’m looking at which are lower priced.
With the cost of fitting etc need to keep the cost down as much as I can

Are the rubber seals in need of replacement?
You say you’ve cut it 3 inch down on the pillars, is the gutter in good nick
