indoors I mean, too cold and damp outside it does not go off properly.
I have use a hair drier or blow heater before outdoors in winter when I was treating rust on the van.

Ah right, that makes more sense.
Thanks for that info, is a heat gun suitable to help primer/paint set? How long do you keep the heat on it? Just until its dried?

yes but a heat gun needs to be held well away becaus it produces very high temp air, I hold my hand by the vactan/paint so I can feel the temperature. best for a tow bar to get it inside

yes if you put a heater in there, Vactan does not smell.
