I was dealing with a bit of rust which called for me to take part of the rear bumper off. Managed to find a lot more rust!
My thoughts are it is probably better to get a new panel put in rather than cut out offending areas and weld. But any thoughts are welcome.

Easy panel to replace I'd cut it out and all surrounding rot and put new panel in.

Cheers. Do you know if it possible to get new wheel inner arch sealant like the original stuff? Seen some stuff on brickwerks but says it needs a special spray but they don't elaborate any further.

I use stonechip in an aerosol can and put a few coats on it,leaves a nice textured coating.
