Windows...a thought.

Post by Michael4 »

Our Devon Moonraker was converted from a Transporter van. As such it has side windows that were cut out of the panels and don't look that great. What is more the cut outs have, over the years, developed quite frilly edges.

Now, before the welding commences, has anyone ever replaced the side windows using 'flush' type panels? Either acrylic or glass? I can imagine that this could look rather neat and fit quite well with the overall styling, just wonder if it is practicable and whether it has been done successfully?
