personally I would not, once rusted they will continue to rust unless you cut it out, adding sikaflex makes it look nice and might get you through an MOT but it will keep rusting underneath the sikaflex and you will end up with a bigger hole next year

Personally I just leave them as they are and clean and paint each year, they don't get any bigger this way.
