On my ever growing list of things still to do is mount some aditional lamps, nothing too big or too heavy. Its in the bodywork section as this purely concerns the physical mounting rather than wiring.
1 x pair of ring 155mm fogs
1 x pair of hella 160 driving lamps
Do I dig deep go for two pairs of brickwerks brackets, but might have to buy/acquire a bigger rivet gun?
Or as my bumper is not that precious (some treated rot behind number plate - still solid) do I just mount directly to that?
I would have thought that as the lamps are not that big or heavy they shouldn't vibrate too much but I woudl be interested in any real world experience.

Just mount them straight onto the bumper. Lamps should have their own brackets. They come with M10 studs.
Oh and the first stage on the existing dashboard fog lamp switch can be used to light um up.

Cheers - the wiring is all sorted - using the existing fog switch to trigger a relay, and a spare rear demister swicth for the driving lamps wired only to come on with main beam.
Lamps all have their own brackets, the question relates really whether to mount to bumper or using brickwerks original style brackets that mount to the body under the bumper.
I've heard one or two reports of mounting to the bumper resulting in too much vibration of the lamps but personally I can't see it being that bad.
Decided just to mount direct to metal bumper - will report back once bumper goes back on van

Use some rubber washers on the bumper mounts
