Roof leak (pop-top)

Hi all,
Van: 89 California conversion.
I have noticed a lot of water collects in the roof lining, there is so much I don't believe it is condensation, the water mainly collects in the top two corners of the roof. All the gutters are clear and there is no signs of damage to the roof. Does anyone have any suggestions where the leak could be coming from? Or has anyone experienced the same issue.
