what do I need to replace here?
1989 T25 1600TD. I need to replace some parts of the cabin windows. Can someone help to identify which bits I need to get. Am I looking at just the rubbers, or do I need whole frames? I'm finding it a bit difficult to decide to locate the parts. I appreciate I sound a bit pathetic but I have a habit of dismantling too much before I do a job and making more work for myself. Nice to get a full picture before I kick off.

Re: what do I need to replace here?
Have a look at Brickwerks site, looks like you just need the long top seal and the outer lower seal.

Which Peugeot model rubbers would be suitable, and would you have a supplier?gary1998 wrote:these can be replaced with Peugeot seals no metal to rust again

They are from a Peugeot 206 (3-door model). There is a chap on Facebook that sells them: https://www.facebook.com/vwt25rubbers206/

Just bear in mind that if its a caravelle, they're unique.

Sadly however, the facebook rubbers only replace the top and right hand sides. They don't do the bottom and side window half. Still good though

Re: what do I need to replace here?
Just thought I would do an update on the replacement rubbers. They were SO easy to fit. They did exactly was required (despite my last post) They were so reasonably priced as well.
The big surprise was the silence in the cab now! I can actually hear the radio now even at full speed. In fact I can hear it perfectly.
This has probably been my best upgrade since I got the van.
Only one slight issue is that the drivers door window seems to fit rather badly into the side window stanchion (is that the right word). It only just fits in whereas on the other side there's about 7or8+ mm. This means there is a slight rushing noise from it. Wasn't a problem before but in the silence its really obvious lol.
I'll have to check to see if the glass can be moved slightly to the right to fit in better
thanks for the support

I did a quick video when I got mine from Jordan to show how easy it is to replace: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyCByBi73AE

Re: what do I need to replace here?
I had the rubbers from Jordan also, good quality and a very simple job to do. I'm not as happy as the others above. Since fitting, i've noticed wind noise from the passenger side (well the wife pointed it out), and the horizontal play has increased, the window flops side to side a bit when its wound down. Not a major problem and for the cost of them, they are an adequate replacement for now.
