What colour

Post by Jay68 »

Morning all. I will be looking to have my syncro repainted at the end of the season. It was done last year but they painted it ford frozen white !! Why I have no idea.
Should I go back to pastel white or go for something different ???????????

Any suggestions please.

Paint it the colour it's supposed to be, I'm not a big fan of colour changes unless it's done properly which no one does. Just my opinion.

No reason why you can't colour change it, providing you do all the door inner frame and their shuts, etc. My current van has gone from Pastel white to Fomoco Diamond white, only because I could buy 5 ltrs of the paint, ready mixed off the shelf, than have 5 ltrs of Pastel white mixed specially, at much more money and both colours are a close match anyway.
And as I was replacing much of the panel work anyway, it was not much more work to do the shuts and inner screen pillars which now gives the van a much fresher look all round. I didn't do the engine bay though...
