Side window channel

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if your side windows sit in a channel or just straight in the window channel?

Mine just sits in the frame, so the section you slide to open rattles a hell of a lot on tick over; it just seems like the glass should sit in a felt guide to stop the glass just sitting on the metal?

However I can't see any felt style grooves that are sold on camper sites that would fit?
