Hi just refitting my front wheel bearing as needed new disc. Does it matter which way round the lug washer goes? I notice that one side the lug is rounded,the other side it's more square.

Doesn't matter much, although it might be better to have the flat face against the bearing.
You are aware of the correct tightening proceedure, are you? That really is important. It's in Haynes and Bentley.

Thanks for your reply. yeah I'm familiar with the tightening.i have had to change them before. My driver side disc was badly corroded so new disc means removing and relpacing the bearing.
