At last I'm getting somewhere. Had carb off give it a goog clean and air blow.next to the vacuum unit there some levers that operate a plastic thing like a cam which opens and closes the throttle butterfly flap that had gone to far and got stuck on other side of cam for it by playing with it till something went clint and released it.popped it all back togeather and now I can get tick over but still quite lumpy.ill play around with it for a couple of days to see if any improvement before boxing it up.

Looking at the video is the second choke just floating around free - I don't have Pierburg so others will know more?

Yep I agree. Broken tip. The leg of the white piece should come up between the metal tangs as in one of Mocki's pictures, and there was an adjustment tolerence
of, I think, 0.5 between the tangs and the tip, you could close it or open it with a pair of pliers.

If you look at the link Mocki posted they had been reproduced. Maybe worth contacting Chris(cjh) to see if has any. Or maybe Bromyard/GW.
David.
