I've noticed our van's saggy rear end.
I'm wanting to make some spacers to go above the springs out of nylon chopping board- before I take the factory one out and measure it, does anyone know the outer diameter and inner diameter (for the bump stop to go through)?
Thanks!

Here you go
I cut mine from 12mm chopping board rom Argos and didn't bother with the flat sides.
Regards
Rick
155mm external 53mm internal is what I cut

Re: Rear spring spacers
Nice n easy! Not even cut very accurately as it turned out, but fit nonetheless. Bit of a wrestle to get the spring back in (crow bar, jack), with a bit of a clean up of the spring perch while in there

Re: Rear spring spacers
Dunno why I didn't think of that, my van is down at the back when loaded but I was thinking of fitting lowered front springs
