Yeah, mine seems ok but I suppose I'm worried about a turbo on a non turbo engine. Just back from a 2000 mile trip in Germany and Netherlands and overall fuel consuntion was 35mpg. It would be good to know what manifold is normally used on this swap.

Mine is a turbo engine it's has the oil jets under the pistons and it's got the TD on the block under the inlet manifold your is probably the same that's why the turbo was left on

You were spot on. The block is marked 1.9TD so the turbo can stay on and I feel easier about now now. Cheers.
