Engine knocking noise

Hi, currently travelling through France at the moment and developed quite a loud knocking noise(video attached). It sounds like it's coming from the 2nd cylinder (bottom right). Its a 1.9 dg automatic 1983 wbx.

Please could you help diagnose this and suggest any solutions?

Listened to Mp4 and Im hearing an exhaust pipe to cylinder head gasket blowing ,and a misfire on 1 poss 2 cylinders.
Is engine temp normal ? any blue/white smoke from exhaust ? ,any oil dripping from engine ?what was the power like before the noise and is it lower powered now ?

Is the exhaust gasket easy enough to fix?

Engine temp needle stays just before the red light on the dash unless going up 10% gradients or higher but the can kicks in and keeps it just past the red light (not flashing). However 3 hours after pulling over for the night engine lid is very warm maybe 40 degrees.

Would the misfire be timing or tappet related?

Lighish blue smoke on startup which usually goes away.

I've done about 1300 miles in the past 3 weeks and burnt through about 2.5 liters of oil. Small leak 10ish drops a night from left hand side of engine but noise coming from right hand side.

Ive had a look about the forums, could any of this be noisy tappets? It's incredibly loud tho and noise increase and tapping matches revs especially when accelerating.
