Leaking fluid at front of van

Hi guys. Have done over 400 miles on the motorway in the last couple of days and seem to have developed a leak. It’s to the left of the number plate as you look at the van head on and is a bluey/green. Am I right in thinking this can only be the radiator or are there other things to consider? I’m no expert, so is the best way to access this through the grille? Cheers.

Most likely the radiator but could be a hose, access is under the van , pull the spare wheel out and look up
