Update, adjusted timing and it started and ran great for a minute. Then started to sound odd like lower rpms then I could only keep it running with it accelerator.

It's new fuel pump and getting fuel onto the system, dont think the issue is there.

Cuts out the second I stop accelerating and the revs lower.

Could it be the coil not firing a 100% of the time it should be?

New one coming tomorrow so hopefully can eliminate that.

Well, it does look like the coil needs replacing, unless your meter is way out of spec. I assume it shows 0 ohms when you simply connect the probes together.

Put the new coil on tomorrow and see what happens. I'll stick my neck out and suggest that though the van may run better, you will still have the same basic problem - blocked idle jet.

Update:

I plugged in the new coil and it ran great for about a minute and straight back to same issue of cutting out the second foots off the accelerator. The new coil isn't warm but ignition module felt a tad warm at the back after only a minute running.

New coil resistance is within specs. No clue what I could test now electric wise. I'll see about clearing the idle jet to see if that's the problem but i think the issue is more electrical.

So I think you have a useful spare coil.

Next step is to remove the jets and clean them.
