I'm thinking of buying one but looking at a video of it being put up its not clear to me if you can roll it partially out or does it have to be fully out?
thanks

The roll out one has to be fully out for the support arms to be extended and locked in. I think you can have the wind out one half way though.

I suppose you could drill a few holes in the support arm nearer the van so when you pull the inner arm out it locks in half way. The inner has a small press in ball that locks into the holes. You would then have the remainder of the awning roof left unwrapped.

Re: Anybody got a Fiamma F35?
I have an F45 I just could not see how to fit it because my Holdsworth pop top fills a lot of the gutter and the standard brackets don't fit.
The F35 is so much lighter I was considering buying one but it's no good to me it it can't be put out just a little, in blighty its windy and sometimes you can't have it right out.
I had a moment of clarity today and I have come up with a bracket design I think will work for the F45 to support the weight and I can make.
I will keep you posted.
Thanks for your help David.

Check out this guy, he’s on another level of thorough. His solution to strengthen the fiamma brackets is well thought out and do able by hand
