Stainless exhaust question

Post by Troopy »

I am toying with the idea of replacing my exhaust for a stainless and looked at Brickwerks and JK, BW had one over £400 with a lifetime warranty and the JK one is around £240 with a 1 year warranty.

Can anyone explain why the big difference in price and warranty between the two please?

Is the JK one an inferior product and is there anywhere else I can look that does these systems?

TIA :D

I take it that isn’t for a full system for the prices you have quoted. What type of engine do you have - Speedshop do a full stainless system for £496.00 for the DG/DJ and it’s fantastic as I have one on mine.

No, just main pipe and silencer, just can't see why there is so much disparity in the figures.

But what is the difference?

Is it the grade of the steel?

Recommendations are welcome, but an answer to the original question would help a lot.

E D I T: They also do not seem to have products for 1.6 TD :(
