As above , don’t mix, but ideally pink g13(that’s the important bit), as it’s got the all important anti corrosives in.

Re: blue or pink coolant
If your coolant is colourless it’s probably just water. I’d top it up with water for now and in the near future drain it all off, flush out and refill using pink g13/water mix.

Its most likely weak blue coolant, just pour in neat blue coolant .

To be safe I flushed out the blue yonks ago and now use a 50% ratio of red antifreeze which seems to be the consensus view. I use a cheap as chips hydrometer as a back up check before winter sets in.

Re: blue or pink coolant
It doesn't matter which antifreeze you use, never has, so long as it's replaced at the correct intervals, poor earth's will cause more damage to the head studs than using the "wrong" antifreeze by causing the coolant to turn acidic, the ph level of your coolant should be checked regularly, easiest way at home is to use a multimeter between batt -ve and the coolant any more than a 0.3v reading and it needs changing.

Re: blue or pink coolant
Find where, if it’s leaking then replace with anti corrosion one. A garage can check ph if required for a few quid or do your self. If your van is a keeper you need to keep on top of it. Good luck
