Currently on the side of the N147, waiting for the engine to cool
Might be the dalek cap as the expansion tank is full and the header is below min!
Apart from the cap itself what else could cause this?

Have you recently carried out work on the cooling system and this is the final "burp" of the air - this is what happened on my engine change.
