Clutch slave cylinder removal
Tried removing worn slave cylinder but bolts seized solid,so tried removing bracket, removed 2 bolts but still won't move do I need to take off clutch arm as well.
Re: Clutch slave cylinder removal
Clutch arm will most likely be seized on as well, have a go, if it wont come off easy then cut the 2 slave cylinder bolts off .

with the box in the van it is virtually impossible to get the lever arm off the clutch fork shaft, there's a circlip inside the bellhousing that can be moved inwards to allow the shaft to move out so the bracket can come off, sounds like you have displaced and jammed the inner part of the nylon bush and the rubber gland sleeves hence it won't go back, box out I'm afraid to sort it out properly
