I just bought one. Unscrew the handle after removing the door card and tap the handle out the door. My old grommet then fell out. Then refit everything.

Or as Haynes says 'simply.....then five hours later...refitting is reversal of removal :D

I’m hoping replacing the grommet (early handle part # 251843711) will sort out my saggy handle!
