Hi All I have just been fitting new gear leakage system to my b1989 1.6Ttd 5-speed gear box.
I have a problem with my treaded gearbox mounting point been broken/corroded away I have temporary chemical wielded the mounting point.
Has anyone had this problem is it best to get a replacement gearbox or wield it properly
Any advice much appreciated

need a picture, don't understand which bit you mean?
