its why I use stainless studs and nuts on the heads and all stainless fixings on the rest of the exhaust.
I have had no problems removing my exhaust and done it a few times in 10 years.
people will cry bimetalic corrosion but then bolt a stainless exhaust on with mild steel studs.
Not seen any corrosion from the stainless exhaust studs myself in 10 years
maybe you would if you lived by the sea and left it parked up for 6 months a year but I don't and the regular heat seems to keep it dry and corrosion free.
